Burnham Art Club Interesting murals which may be found on the walls of certain rooms in both the Burnham and Derry Schools are the work of the twoart clubs. Other activities of the clubs are making posters, making decorations for school festivities, ceramics, and block printing. On the Derry photograph are shown three students.posing for a sketch. On the Burnham photograph, they are discussing the features of a portrait. rinf Print Club l 1410! CM The Print Clubis an organization of boys who are being trained in the arts of the printing industry under the direction of Mr . George Gibson . Through the train- ing in the use of this equipment, the boys are made more familar with a vital and expanding industry. 13

Al- though small in size, the Derry Library offers a wide variety of reading material for its students. The thirty-two girls, who take care of the circulation, also spend some time in learning the principal library techniques. The Derry Library also sponsors the Antrim Bureau Shows and the Teen Age Book Club. The Burnham Library is now being used as a home room for the 7C section: therefore, the Staff's activities are limited,It is still used for reference work, and books are cir- culated, but it is difficult to maintain a regular program.
