The first chapters set up were organized in 1936 and the state or- ganization was set up in 1937. Chicorais 1. H. A. was set up in 1945, but didn,t set up a charter until October, 1947. These three letters, I. H. A. not only designate the name of the organization, but also stand for the qualities of all good hoinemakersz judgment, Health and Achievement. 68
