Chancellor Walker Dr. Edwin R. Walker has been a guiding force be- hind both the physical and academic growth of Queens. His achievement as President, and now Chancellor, has been to expand the horizons of opportunity for each stu- dent who attends Queens. At the same time he gives his authority a personal air through discussions with the President’s Board, composed of presidents of classes and organizations. With a concern for each student and with a desire for excellence in academics, Dr. Walker has guided Queens to a position of strength among colleges. Page Ticenty-one
