Thomas A. Keenan Provost of the College The Provost of the college is the president’s chief executive officer whose specific areas of administra- tive responsibility include public relations, alumnae activities, and the development program. He is also responsible for external relations of the college, with special emphasis upon the financial aspects of the operation of the school. Mrs. Ann S. Gebhardt Dean of Students The Dean of Students is charged with the vital responsibility of student welfare. Her vast complex- ity of duties includes student counseling and ad- ministration of the social and residence regulations of the college. In setting before each of us the highest ideals through her advice, understanding, friendship, and interest, Mrs. Gebhardt has broad- ened our outlook on life. Page Eighteen
