It signifies the faith of the tribe and the trust of the counsilors. It shows that a girl has proven her worth. She has shown that she is a good camper and has proven to the best of her ability that she is deserving of her Spirit, Mind, and Body emblem. As a girl receives her Indian Name slie is given added responsibility. She must now be an example to all of the other campers-and examples can not and do not fail.
