The day's main theme was to show young people a little of what goes on aboard a U .S. Navy ship, but much more was seen and done. A ride on CHlCAGO's liberty launches started things off and continued with several other activities such as a gun shoot, lVlarine small arms demonstrations, a briefing of our missile system, tours to some ofthe ship's major operating areas, and even included lunch.
