James G. Maxam Jim has the reputation of being the soul-music lover of our class. An enthusiastic Jimi Hendrix fan, he is • often seen on a Saturday night reviing up the Silver Streak for a trip down to Lake George to hear a rendition of Purple Haze . He has also been a member of the soccer, basketball, and baseball teams and has participated in chorus and service club. John Dunn As editor of the yearbook Jack was credited for the creative ideas that we used. Our successful Prom decorations can also be acredited to him. Jack was active in soccer, and baseball and was an efficient scorekeeper for the basket- ball games. Science and Math were his best subjects and he showed great talent in setting up Physics experiments. 15

Lee R. Baker As chief photographer for the yearbook staff Lee was responsible for the many activity pictures found in it. Using organization and great skill he took the necessary pictures and developed them himself. Being a mem- ber of the baseball team and 1st clarinet in band also took up much of his time. Lee could always be counted on for a lift home, when it came to the Senior boys. Stanley P. Koenig Stan has always been ready to lend a hand to any member of our class who needed help. An attentive stu- dent, he is especially fond of Physics and Chemistry classes. Almost a resident of Green Mansions resort, Stan can be found trudging over to Trip Lake to fish. He also has a great talent for goofing up his various lab books. 16
