AND PATIENCE PRODUCE HARMONY Chesterton High School has music from one end to the other, The chorus meets daily in room 36 on the east side of the old building One of their progects this year was buying new uniforms Instead of the traditional robes they wore blue blazers with the chorus emblem on the pocket The band meets in room TTA at the west end of the new building Their agenda for the year included marchino in parades and playing in con certs and music contests The combined effort of the band and chorus resulted in a large concert highlighting the musical year re W lliams looking spired plays the piano for the chorus The chorus practices a song for one of ts concerts

Because ot this general harmonious atmos- phere, student elections and talent shows are able to be held without strict supervision and students learn more responsibility. This triendliness on the part ot the pupils, also, encourages the faculty members to willingly sponsor extracurricular activities.
