They keep the passengers in line and teach them the fundamental educational lessons each day. Without the expertise and guidance of the staff our ship would never leave port. New programs were added this year. Mr. Arnerich co-ordinated many plans dealing with multi-ethnic education. R continued as an important area of Proficiency testing in math and mandated by State law AB 65 was administered at Nimitz. Students who meet standards have been receiving rememdiation in areas of reading and where needed.
