These men together with the Trustee are responsible for the many fine ad- vantages that we at Chester en- joy. Our thanks go to them.. Mr. Ulmer is completing his eighth and final year as trustee of Chester Township. As he leaves this field of service, the Class of ' 54 wishes to express its apprecia- tion to him for all the contribu- tions he has made for the better- ment of our school and feels sure that he will continue to be with us in his capacity as a citizen.
