DEDICATION We dedicate this yearbook to one who has been with us throughout our four years in high school. As Freshmen he taught us the value of a “never say die” attitude in the classroom and in sports. This is something which we will value throughout our lives. Through his unique ability to generate enthusiasm and spirit, he exerted an influ- ence on our standards which we hope we can retain throughout our lives. For his dedication to us, we dedicate this annual to Mr. Don Van Dessel. 2

FOREWORD As beginners in the art of pictorial compositions, we commenced our task slowly at first. In fact we progressed so slowly that without the inspiration supplied by our faith- ful advisor we may have been short several classmates at the graduation ceremony. However as time ticked by and our knowledge of such work increased we developed what we think is a fine climax of our high school work. We hope to be paid for our ef- forts through the memories which we hoped to have captured on the pages to follow. Our work has followed the slogan of Grand Fenwick as they commenced hostilities on the United States. “Forward regardless of the consequences.” 4
