1 Around the World-An appropriate theme for your Annual. The roads and by-ways now beckon, and along these lanes of the world's traffic, you will meet with challenges and ex- periences such as have never before confronted our people. We, the faculty at Chester High, feel that you are now ready to begin your excursion through life just as we are sure that our experi- ences together during these past few years are memorable ones. We are also sure that they will prove of some value in your travels. Embark upon this journey with courage and faith and may success and happiness be yours in your tra-vels. CHARLES A. GILES yfffmfhzkmzffbn A SALUTE T0 THE SENIORS Around the world young people will soon be completing a very basic stage in life develop- ment. Teen-age will become adulthood, and the responsibilities and privileges of mature citizen- ship will beeome a fact. It should be a time for soul searching and frank appraisal, for the whole round world of tomorrow, your tomorrow, will be what you are. Let us pause for a moment, my young friends, and think it through. True, you will bring skill and knowledge and ambition and determination to your world. But that will not be enough. You must bring to your world faith, faith in God and His purposesg faith in your fellowmen and in yourselves.
