924654121 fa.- The Class of 1958 has chosen to dedicate its Annual to a teacher who himself was once a student at Chester High School. As president Of the Varsity Club, captain of the basketball team, and pitcher on the 1944 championship baseball team, this outstanding citizen was gradu- ated in June, 19-45, and went on to study at Pennsylvania State Uni- versity on a partial athletic scholar- ship. In 1950, after serving in the United States Army in Japan, our dedicatee returned to Chester High School, this time to take his place on the other side of the desk as a teacher of social studies. Since that time, he has never failed to do his best to further the school's prestige, influence, and school spirit. In ad- dition to his educational responsi- bilities and coaching assignments, his work as adviser of the Student Council qualifies Thomas J. Masti- cola as a person to whom we very proudly dedicate the 1958 Annual. I ' ,- 455 . - '-'1 fxf:1J.vf ,. ' af - seat.. T. J. Masticola
