As Time Goes on.. Beginning our school days. Sophomores Table of Contents Administration and Faculty Staff..................... Seniors................... Underclassmen............. School Life............... Activities................ Athletics................. Academics................. Junior High.................. Grades .................. , Graduation................... As time goes on I see people, places, and things constantly changing. We, as people, have lived through a life most rewarding. This past year I've discovered just how close people can get. The closeness of the whole student body is something I'll never forget. The year started off with Homecoming. We played Parker and came out victorious. The dance was just as successful. The Seniors put on the play Boarding House Reach . Then the Juniors gave the first of 3-One-Act plays. Everyone that attended Sweetheart enjoyed the festivities by dancing to The Outer Limits . The biggest high- light of the year, Prom, brought many memorable moments. The Juniors went way out on decorating the gym in pastel colors, The theme was We may never pass this way again . The night never seemed to end. What a night to remember! In the world outside the school, the year brought the first resig- nation of a United States President. Also, it was the first year the country had a Vice-President and President not chosen by the people. As time goes on we see the year coming to an end. But it isn't really the end because all of us are truly beginning. I want to say on behalf of myself and the staff, Good luck and make the most of everything! Many schools were invited and participated, there were over 2000 matches held with many of our young wrestlers re- cieving trophys and ribbons for their achievements. Many hours of hard work were spent putting this to- gether by Coach Keeley and the Booster Club. It was a well worked 74-75 season and with four seniors grad- uating, it will leave an ambitious team for the 75-76 season. Individual perfor- mances were highlighted by Craig Holbeck who emerged as a four event man. Craig won the Howard Wood Relays with a record jump, took four first at the conference and qualified for the state meet in four events. A school record was set by the medley team of Kalvin Olson, Orrin Myers, Tom Park and Dan Schutt. State meet qualifiers were Holbeck, in the high jump, triple jump, long jump and high hurldes, Schutt in the triple jump and Mark Acheson in the discus. In the state meet Craig Holbeck placed first in the high jump with a leap of 6'6 . He also placed 4th in the long jump and the triple jump. Holbeck - Craig set school records in the high jump (S 5 ), long jump 20,3 , triple jump 41 '9 and high hurdles 15.7. Seniors - The 5 seniors formed the base of the '75 squad. Captains were Dan Schutt and Craig Holbeck. Burkard - Dale had a fine year in the discus throw, its unfortu- nate that a late injury kept him from the state meet. Schutt - Dan was a valuable point-getter as he competed in the relays, 440, 880, and the long and triple jum;.
