'Teahouse of The August Moon Sakini, Janine Kovach, introduces Colonel Purdy Ill at the beginning of the play, Mike Frechette. Lotus Blossom, Sandy Krivi- nadas, and Captain Fisby, Jon ' Holt, talk over some plans for geisha girls. The Wrestling match was a great part of the play. Here Mr. Seiko, Richard Walesky, Hips Mr. Hokaida, Charles l Waggoner, out of the ring. The greatest play ever was presented on April 7 and 8, when the Senior class pre- sented Teahouse of the August Moon. Under the direction of Mr. Griffin and the aid of Mr. Andrews we had a very successful play. Band The band, led by Mr. Peter Fellegy, has provided half-time entertainment at the football games. Besides this, the band puts on their annual Spring Concert and truly do a fine job. The band also marches in the Memorial Day Parade. Maj orettes Led by captain Nancy Kelly and co-captain Dayle Wiedenheft, the majorettes at- tended the football games and showed their twirling ability. Also, during the year, they raised money for their uniforms and went to other schools to compete in various corn- petitions. 78
