JCast Will And ZestamcHl We the Graduating Class of Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-Two do here¬ by wish to make known our Last Will and Testament. We wish to bequeath to Miss Reynolds, a Pre-clinical class inSep- tember that won’t cause her the trouble and anxiety we know she had with us. To our sponsor, Miss Ricks, we wish to leave all our ideas that we never got to use, and a new set of patience which must be by now exhausted from coping with us for three years. To the supervisors and head nurses we leave our worn out procedure books, our care study grades that were below B and any energy we might have left. To the doctors, we leave all our aches and pains now, and in years to come, due to their ability to care for them so efficiently. To Mrs. Dondley, we bequeath all the coke-bottles, untidy rooms, and parties after 11:00 P.M. To the Junior class we will our black bands, our ability to forget how many late leaves we’ve taken and our clocks which never seem to reach 10:30 P.M. To the Freshman class we do bequeath “Hints about the High Spots of Affiliation’’ and a road map to find your way back home. Pat O’Farrell wishes to leave her tidy room to anyone who promises to keep it as she has for the past three years. Mildred Smith bequeaths her energy and desire to “Always Press Onward’ to Delma Anderson. Jean Tacy wishes to leave her mustache to anyone not man enough to grow one. Faye Nicely leaves her love for Wash. D.C. to someone who may chance to work there someday. Gloria Alls bequeaths her ability to agree with people to Marilyn Hall. Mary Miller leaves her love for the University of Va. to her sister Edna. Betty Lively wishes to leave her ability to say what she thinks to anyone who can get by with it. Shirley Simmons wishes to leave her quiet and efficient ways to Caro¬ lyn Rice. Charmaine Clark bequeaths her interest in life to anyone who can make anything of it. Harriet Palmer wills her leadership to the next president of the Stud¬ ent Body, with the hope that she can get out of all the messes Palmer has gotten into. Gloria Johnson bequeaths her sad, sober, serious personality to that individual who can make more noise with it than she can. Betty Grimes leaves her giggles and ability to talk with her hands to Zell Austin. Bertie Gunnoe leaves her calendars to “The History of Nursing”. Here is found a sketch of the past three years.
