NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY This year the Eunice Siple Chap- ter of the National Honor Society inducted eighteen new members. The inductions were held on the sixth of January and the traditional candlelight ceremony was wit- nessed by the student body. Jill Sheets gave the introductions and Jay Matthews read the history. Mark Huff, Kurt Hesse, Me- lanie Inscoe, Anita Gue and Ten! Folsom gave speeches on Scholarship, Service, Citizenship, Leadership and Character. Juniors and Seniors are inducted according to their grade average, extra curricular activities and char- acter. Being chosen as a member of the National Honor Society is recog- nized as one of the greatest honors that a high school student may re- ceive. 1. Seniors: sitting: T. Tawney, D. Shaffer. J.
