There once was a high-class captain who had a high class daughter whom he wished to wed to a high- class monarch of the sea but who was in love with a lowly sailor in the Queen's Navy! One night the merry, merry, maiden, being advised by the ruler of the Queen's Navy, was softly stealing away with her audacious tar, when dead-eye Dick vermin and the Captain discovered them. ln uttering a reprobation to the British tar, the captain, who hardly ever used a big, big D , used one, and if you please, was sent to his cabin by the monarch, Then the terrible aspect of his eyes fell upon the unfortunate Ralph, and much to the dismay of the sisters, cousins, and aunts fwho never would think of thinking for themselves at alll the beloved tar was sent to the dungeon. But lo, the mysterious bumboat woman spoke of farming mixed-up babes and how the Captain was Ralph and Ralph was him. Then the common Captain married the lowly Buttercup and his now common Josephine married the noble Ralph and the monarch married his cousin and they all lived blissfully ever after. fvwwwsvf ,rm
