After school each day the team pre- pared for the con- frontation with fans and opponents. Long hours of practice must be com- bined with close team training to refine that nat- ural ability. So skills in dribbling, passing, shoot- ing and rebounding had to be sharpened. Ripping the cordsfrom twenty feet, hitting the boards, and laying up a fast break.
