The maiorettes' captains intro- duce new routines to the rest of the squad and co- ordinate drills with the band's formations. The nine- member color guard, the largest in South Jersey, presents the flags of the United States and CHHS. Both the maiorettes and color guard are traditionally part of pep rally programs. CDRCHESTRA The newly-organized Cherry Hill High School Orchestra rehearsed twice weekly for its debut at the 1966 Music Festival. The group of forty-five performs mainly classical and semi-classical music. Incoming talent and increasing interest in a new organization forecast another fine musical organiza- tion at CHHS.
