Long hours, little recog- nition . . . frustration which dwindled the staff to a bare minimum of hands. .. Ad- justment as great ambitions and bold plans became over- shadowed in a concentrated effort and a desperate rush to get the book out on time. Excitement over well-pro- duced pictures, relaxation after a long day, decision in a moment of crisis, a final expectation as we awaited our finished product . ..
