Dedication The graduating class of i954 dedicates this El Delotor to Dr. Frank C. Ketler, our retiring su- perintendent of schools, in recog- nition of his outstanding work toward the growth and achieve- ments of the Cheltenham Town- ship school system. We feel that he is, in a large measure, respon- sible for the excellent educa- tional opportunities at our command. Dr. Frank C. Ketler To the Class of 1954: I am glad to have an opportunity to write you this message of appreciation and farewell, for I deeply appreciate the honor of having this issue of the El Delator dedicated to me. I know that by the time it comes out in print both you and I will be completing our years in the Cheltenham Schools. It has been my privilege to witness the graduation from Cheltenham High School of nearly forty-five hundred fine young people during the past twenty- two years, and I have been proud of the fine record they have made, as I know I shall be proud of yours. However, I feel a special kinship to the Class of l954, for we are going out together. This is my class, and I shall always have for it a special affection and pride.
