They work as a machine, encouraging and passing on their knowledge to- the future workers who will go out into the world to apply what they have learned and to gather even more knowledge and experience on their jobs in factories and shops. That team of men mold the America of tomorrow. They will turn out their finished products into factories, shops and mills in order to keep America going. Year after year they perform this very important task.
