VINCENT J. FRANCO Headmaster Sitting behind the headmaster ' s desk is a new and refreshing personality, whose past achievements bode well for Chelsea High School. In a brief period of time ' he has been able to stimulate both students and teachers with his ex¬ citing and creative ideas. JOSEPH J. MORAN Master Mr. Moran ' s personality and ever pleasant smile make him an asset to the school adminis¬ tration. Administration ROBERT V. BARBARISI Assistant Superintendent One of our freshman administrators is another of the superintendent ' s able assistants. He is a sure bet to make a significant contribution to the Chelsea School system. VINCENT B. McGEE Superintendent Stepping into the position of superintendent of schools in a totally unfamiliar city is a challenging situation indeed, and one which requires dedication and patience. In his first year as superintendent, Mr. McGee has proven through his innovative ideas that the Chelsea school system has chosen the right man to bring Chelsea to the top in the field of education.
