Many of the luxuries mankind enjoys today are the results of advancements in physics, chemistry, and biology. The-Science Department of Chelsea High keeps up with new techniques in the sciences. Under the able direction of Mr. Aaron Kipnes, our science teachers instruct us in the basic concepts of biology, chemis¬ try, and physics. The meter stick, the bunsen burner, and other tools of the laboratory have become familiar to those who have studied the sciences at Chelsea High. In order to cope with the modern world, every human being must be aware of his environment. The Science Department of Chelsea High seeks to train its students with that object in view.
