Bob Watson was public speaker for the chapter. He won fifth place in the sub-state contest at Ritzville wit his speech This Insect World in Which We Live. At the 25th Anniversary Banquet, Jerry Crill, Steve Hortin, Jim McClellan, Danny Payne, Paul Swanson, Willbur Swanson, and Bob Watson received awards.
