The governing body of Chehalis High School, the student council, is a mean between teachers and students. The council, con- sisting ofthe A.S.B. officers, the presidents of all organized activities, the presidents of the iunior and senior classes, and presidents, vice- presidents and secretaries of the sophomore and freshman classes, and the editors of the Chehalin, Crimson and Gray, and CHSOTA, decides school problems and business matters. With the capable assistance of Miss Brooks and Mr. Mitten, and the leadership of Doug Walker, the council endeavors to meet the problems of the students and make decisions for the benefit of the maiority. Through student council each person's opinion may be voiced through class and activity representation.
