CLOSING 160 The l970 academic year is drawing to a close. Not a boister- ous or riotous end but a sad and solemn one known only to the students of Central! For seniors it not only marks the closing of four years of learning and maturation but also heralds the dawn of a new and great life, a life that could shape the world. You will enter the world of real- ity, a place of inequality, pesti- lence and war. It is now upon the shoulders of all seniors to make the decisions that will better man's existence. You will be the e fteachers of tomorrow. Some will ifurther their education at college while others will acquire jobs, or defend their nation. These men and women will be the hope of our land. They will put men on the planets, transplant human or- gans, and develop philosophies. In their lifetime they will try to answer the questions that have puzzled man since the beginning of time. They will try to make the world a better place to live in! A grave responsibility rests upon underclassman.
