Our Junior Varsity Basketball team enioyed its best season since the founding of the school. They performed well on the court cmd used their talents to the fullest extent. If they continue to work as hard in the future as they have in the past, we are sure to attain the division championship next year. The team seems far ahead of other teams in learning the tech- niques of the game and when they become the Varsity squad next year, should have mastered the fundamentals and picked up the intricate poin s t of basketball which distinguish a good team from a great team. 107

This year our Varsity Basketball Team had its share of problems. Although the tallest team we have had in many years, we unfortunately lacked the talent which makes a team consistently victorious. The boys tried their best and never quit no matter what the situation was like. They played a number of close games where they lost by only a single point. l06
