C ASS HISTDRY On the seventh of September l955 suxty freshmen approached the toll gate whnch would eventually lead them down the long hlghway to graduation After getting the nec essary equrpment we paud our toll and began the furst lap of our gourney In order to unsure the safety of the group we carefully elected our offncers President Roger Mayne Vuce Presrdent Dave Nnxon Secretary June Dormann and Treasurer Me lanle Frlupska Mrs Hammond Mrs Mernan and Mr Hartnett were rnvlted to come along as advusors Our actuvutues durung the fnrst port of our trap were Iumuted A skatlng party was our only socual event After a brlef stop durlng whuch our group Increased we contnnued on We elected as of flcers Roger Mayne President Sandra Ko nrcku Vice Presldent June Dorman Secretary and Marne Cwrklunsku as Treasurer Under the capable leadershlp of the same advlsors we undertook the sellung of rlbbon candy whnch proved to be a bug success To brughten the drab wlnter scenery we held our Sophomore Hop As Juniors our lourney became more dlf fncult yet more nnterestlng as we strove to cross the hugh brrdges which appeared before us To guude us over the rough parts un the road we elected offucers Davud Nrxon Pres: dent Rlchard Sullnvan Vlce Presudent Patrncua Brhr Secretary and Judlth McFarland Treas urer and we retauned the same advnsors One of the hughlrghts of thus part of our trap was when we recesved our class rnngs We also sold ribbon candy un order to finance our tra dutlonal Junuor Prom ln the sprung of the year To brughten the summer we stopped off at Sandhurst and had our Junnor plcmc Flnally we approached the la t bend In uatlon To lead us to that ultimate goal we have chosen John Hubert for Presldent Dorothy Schroeder for Vlce Presldent Sandra Eckel for Secretary and Pat DlNunzuo for Treasurer Mrs Hammond Mrs Mernan and Mr Whelan were our tnnal odvlsors The two Important events were Sensor Day and the Sen lor Ball Now at last we have reached our destination As we look back over the four years of our gourney many unforgettable memories come to our mlnds We shall never forget them MJ 5 1 ,gd-ri -1 1-f ,Rib I I 1 I S I Q I I' , 1 I . . n I 1 ' , ' ' .
