VOCATIONAL I teach Ot£ amental Horticulture and Agricultural Science I. I attended several colleges while in the naval air corps and long ago I taught for two years in Illinois. My B.S. was received at U.T. Knoxville and I've done some graduate work at the University of Illinois. Judy and I have four children. We live on a farm and I enjoy working on it. Teaching is a way of life that when you start you can't quit. I enjoy this school and student body which is the finest in the state. JIMMY MAXEY JIMMIE CHAPMAN I teach Trades and Industry. I spent part of my eight years as a teacher in Waverly. I live at Pegram with my wife Carolyn and our four children. Church work interests me. At the University of Tennessee I obtained my Bachelors Degree. I enjoy teaching young men a trade, and hope they will benefit from it later on. It's a nice school with a lot of friendly people. I live at Rt. 5, Ashland City with my wife Carolyn and baby daughter Marcie Ann. This is my fifth year here and I teach Vocational Cooperative Education. Business Administration was my major at U.T. Knoxville where I received a B.S. Any form of sports interests me and I like to work with livestock. I teach because I enjoy teaching. We have a good school and a real fine student body. FRANCES FULTS Two of my hobbies are sewing and craft work. These relate to my line of work, teaching Vocational Home Economics. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and received a B.S. My home is in Ashland City and I have a pet wire- haired terrier named Bama. Art and watching sports are of interest to me, too. Also I sponsor the FHA. I like teaching because I like the kids. REBECCA MORSE I teach Home Economics because it is a subject area I've always enjoyed, and I feel that it is so much help to girls. At M.T.S.U. I received my degree qualifying me to teach which I have done at CCHS for several years. My husband Huffman and I live in Ashland City where we reared our two daughters, Kaye and Jamie, who are now grown. Bridge is the activity at which I am most avid apart from my work. HOME ECONOMICS Child Development, Family Relations, and Home Economics I are the subjects I teach. This is my second year at CCHS. David Lipscomb College is where I received my B.S. degree. My husband and I live in Charlotte, Tenn. My many hobbies include sewing, hiking, biking, fishing and reading. I enjoy work- ing with students and being able to help them and watch them learn. JACK GREEN In my second year teaching I instruct classes in Mechanical Draw- ing. I think that this is a real nice school; I feel much happier this year than last. CCHS has a pretty good bunch of kids. I'm a bachelor no longer because this summer I married. I like out- door activities, working with crafts, and I enjoy all types of music. RICHARD JOHNSON I teach Drivers' Education and Economics in my ninth year at CCHS. Before this school I taught at Maplewood High. I live in White Bluff. My B.S. was earned at U.T. Martin. I teach because I enjoy working with high school age group. I think this school needs to get off its backside a little bit. Duck-hunting is the one activity at which I am avid.' I think we have a good student body. This has been one of the most enjoyable years I've spent at CCHS. I love working with young people and this is why I teach. The subjects I teach arc Ornamental Horticulture, Agri- cultural Products, and Agricultural Science I and II. I've taught for 15 years; before coming to CCHS I was a teacher at Fay Trice Elementary. My wife Nannie Ruth and I have two girls and one boy. We live in Ashland City. I love hunting, fishing, and baseball. CORDELL MAJORS U 73 m 73 CS) m □ C n H o z I've taught for 6 years but not straight. I went in the service several years ago. I now teach Drivers' Education. I'm also a school bus driver and I enjoy doing what I want to do. I played basketball for Austin Peay also received there a B.S. My wife Donna is a teacher at Ashland City Elem. We have two children and live at Possum Trot. I like the carpet at CCHS. JOEY SPALDING
