The festivities began with the customary Snake Dance and Pep Session the night before the game. A colorful parade through town was added to the celebration preceding the Game. Our coach and our team performed admirably on the field, and our Band entertained the audience outstandingly between halves . Then, to climax our 1959 Home- coming, Dick Watson and Peggy Postlewaite were crowned King and Queen of the Dance to succeed Mike Albrecht and Bette Jane Irwin.
