Advisory Board The Adsisury Board is an organization com- pri-wd of representatives of the holnerooms, extra- 4-urrivula organizations. and the presidents of the classes. lt nn-els one noon a week to diseuss proh- lems whirh may arise conecming the welfare of lhe svhool and of the student hocly. ll is the Ad- iisory Board whivh is hehind the student guidance program carried on in the heginning of the year. Une of the main johs of the Board is the passing oi' tho hudgets of tht- organizations, the raising of nmney to meet the-se hudgets. and the selling of the Aetivity Tickets which. incidentally. help to raise most of the money. It is the Advisory Board which is behind the C 26 selling of war stamps in sehool. The- Service Flag. the Victory Corps hulletin hoard, and the hulh-tin hoard in the upstairs hall are all a result of the wurk of the Advisory Board. One of the hes! things that the Board has done this your is to huy several war honds for the school vsith a sum of money taken from the inter-communications sys- lcln fund added to that left over from the maga- zine drive. Under Dr. ,Ieter's leadership. the Advisory Board works efficiently and quietly. We are proud to have suvh an organization ht-cause we feel that it is a very real vontrihutiun in the training of students to live in a democracy. D
