Last Will and Testament We, the Senior Class of nineteen sixty, having reached the last step of our high school education, and knowing that we shall soon depart, do hereby publish to you our Last Will and Testament: ARTICLE I To our parents who have stood by us through all our trials and tribulations, we leave our sincerest thanks and gratitude for all the patience, the money, and the understanding which you have so graciously bestowed upon us at the times when it was most needed. ARTICLE II To the faculty we leave our appreciation for their many acts of kindness and interest throughout our high school year. ARTICLE III To the rising Seniors we leave the opportunity of receiving the one thing every Senior wants—-a diploma. ARTICLE IV To the lowerclassmen who will as time goes by take our places as Dignified Seniors, we leave the following differ¬ ent talents, features, and priceless possessions: I, David Cameron, will my nickname, Goose, to Wilson Rogers. Well, my boy, as of now you are Goose II. I, Ann Rosser, will my francais deux livre to Diffie Siler. Watch those verb endings, Dif. I, Thurman Walters, will my Ford to anyone that can get a fast second without tearing out the transmission. I, Gail Phillips, will my shorthand book to my sister. Keep those pencils sharpened, Carol. Keep cutting it, Ann, or it will outgrow you. I, Franklin Justice, will my position on the Annual staff to my brother, Billy (if he ever learns to type). I, Bobbie Robinson, will my good habit of using the dictionary to Jimmy Moody. I, Patricia Davis, will my dimples to Sue Jenkins--in hopes that she can do more with them than I did. I, Robert Murchison, will my place as fullback on the football team to Larry Binkley. Drive hard, Larry! I, Carolyn Dowd, will my job as Class Reporter to my brother. Get that news in on time, Bobby. I, Wilson Poe, will my school bus to Joey Beaver. Keep it clean, pal! I, Jane Phillips, will my ability to get from one class to another (just as the tardy bell rings) to Betsy Phillips. I, Gary Moses, will my ability as a top Future Farmer to Johnny Clark. I, Margaret Wilkie, will my position as Secretary-Treasurer of the Senior class to Judy Johnson. I, Margie Seagroves, will my position as librarian to Libby Seagroves. I, Dennis Brooks, will old No. 53 and my scholastic positions in the Beta Club and Student Council to anyone crazy enough to try to tackle them all at once. I, Marie Tally, will my position as co-captain of the Basketball team to Lydia Scott. Hang in there, Sneaky, and help them win. I, Glendale Keck, will my quietness to Linda Keck. 1, Jimmy Clark, will my position as co-captain of the football team to my brother, Johnny.
