We had a Halloween party in which everyone was masked and helped guess who's who. For our Christmas party, we exchanged names to buy gifts. A Valentine party was also held. The operetta, given by grades four, five, and six, was called Thirty Minutes with Santa Claus. Some in our room brought picture folders of places visited while on vacation in the West thus sharing their experiences. At Christmas time we had the usual gift exchange and all had a part in making decorations for the tree and room. We also made gifts for our mothers. We were entertained at a Valentine Party given by the fifth grade. Our spring time projects included making Easter Greeting cards L for our parents and gifts for Mother's Day. Z
