We dadnt do much of anythang that year but of course we were stockang up on talent and energy for our better years to come Remember when we were sophomores and held our first dance? It was our first recognataon an Chartaers Hagh and made us feel quate amportant at the tame My but we were proud when we put 537 00 an the treasury of the class of 47' The next year we were lunaors That was the year we all worked lake bees but had more Tun and laughs than we could ever dream of Shall we ever forget the dogwood our boys packed anstead of apple blossoms for our most elaborate affaar of the year the Junaor Prom? Oh yes and how about our play So Help Me Hannah? Youll have to admat we had reason to be maghty proud of at And then there were our luke box dances skatang partaes assemblaes and dozens of other thangs we can look back on and say those certaanly were the good old days Now at long last we re senaors We thought we weae usy last year but thas year we definately know what they mean by a full schedule and never a spare sufferang from a condataon known as Meetangs on the Braan In short l thank we spend at least a half of our senaor year at meetangs One would never thank people could find so much to talk about but belaeve me we do We put on our square dance whach was a bag success and we also have many other bag events to look back on Our senaor play Take Your Medacane was a presentataon really worth seeang We have proof of ats popularaty an the fact that at was pre sented a second tnme because of publac demand At the tame of thas wratang we hope the Chrastmas Dance wall be as beautaful as at was last year and we re sure we wont be dasappoanted Everyone as lust dyang to know who wall be our Lord and Queen of May Last but not least wall come the clamax of our hugh school years the day of graduataon both a gay and sad affaar The day we ve waated for so long and pataently but when we stop to thank that next fall we wont come back I have a hunch we all have a feelang that wed lake to be freshmen agaan Oh well thats washang for the ampossab'e asnt at?
