LITTLE LEAG E BASKETBALL Basketball was organized for the grade children. Eight teams were chosen from grades three to six and were coached by high school boys and men from the community. Each team met and played on Saturday afternoon for a 9-week schedule and each team played once at half-time at a regularly scheduled high school game. Coaches were David Wall, Bob Oakes, Robert Addison, Charles Simmons, Bill Payne, Robert Morris, Ed Young, Dale Holden, and Keith Brown. TROTTERS TIGERS REDMAN SUN GLO

LITTLE LEAGUE BA EBALL During the summer vacation, Mr. McCleerey organized a little league Baseball schedule for the grade school boys. Teams were selected and were coached by high school athletes. Bob Oakes coached the Giantsg Harold Oneal, the Indiansg John Kintner, the Bombersg and Don Grif- fith, the Panthers. The Giants were champs, but lost to the All-Stars in the final game.
