She is an extensive and enthusiastic traveler. BERNARD J. TRACY, B.S. Mr. Tracy came to Charlotte in September 1923 to teach commercial subjects. He is a graduate of Plattsburg Normal School and the University of Rochester, B.S. He taught in evening schools both in Rochester and in Plattsburg, New York. He worked in Washington, D.
