Administrators Rose Ann Fallon — Assistant Principal Ed Yoder — Athletic Director This administration, like others before, is committed to a number of common goals which provide the frame- work for change. First, we do not presume to have all the answers, but hope we have the skills and abilities to work constructively with other people, including staff members and students, to bring about desirable changes. “It is with the help of others that we hope to create an atmosphere at Charlotte High School where learning will flourish. To accomplish this, we hope to help people take pride in themselves, thereby learning to respect the worth and dignity of others, and, ultimately leading to students taking pride in their school, community and country. “We are also committed to helping to make school an enjoyable and rewarding experience for as many stu- dents as possible.” If we succeed then we will have accomplished our goal in helping students enter their life roles as responsi- ble, compassionate, contributing, and creative citizens.” 26 Faculty
