It was a comparatively easy vic- tory as the Spartans could get no closer than tl1e O1'ioles' 35-yard line. The Gobelmen's alert and strong defensive kept the Spartan backs to a net of 35 yards Oll the ground while the Orioles were pick- ing up 121 yards net.
