EBCE - Co-O Focus on J obs 2. Education Based Career Education and Co-operative Education are two programs offered at Charleston High. EBCE helps give the student on-the- job training by placing him from 5-12 weeks in various professions. Then students can learn whether they would want to pursue that particular career. Co-op means learning on-the-job with a salary. Through this program, business students work at local firms performing a variety of jobs. 1. Debbie Rubin receives training from a local insurance company under Par Samples. 2. Paul Hutton works with machinery at one of Charleston's machinery stores. 3. EBCE: Larry Maxie, Tina Hale, Donna Daniels, Donna Martin, Pam Cook, and Sharon Richardson.
