Some oT The highlighTs oT This perTormance were a girls' sexTeT, a solo by Carolyn Navin, The Czeclcoslavalcian Eollc Song , and We Wish You a Merry ChrisTmas . The laTTer half of The program consisTed OT a cornposiTion enTiTled Noel: A ChrisTmas PoTpourri , which was presenTed by boTh The band and The chorus. Since January The chorus labored on an opereTTa, ln Old Vienna . This was The TirsT Time ThaT an opereTTa was presenTed in B. l-l. S. AT The end oT such a session The Teachers Tincl Themselves delighTTully enTerTained by such excerpTs of The opereTTa as Pickles or The Vision boTh highlighTs oT This musical enTerTainmenT.
