X he social whirls, carnivals, parties, and plays of 1960. have made the profile of a year a success. The activities of this school year have been full of enjoyment and fun. The many school functions have tended to draw the students and the teachers together by working hand in hand. Milby ' s Winter Whirl was held at the Sylvan Beach Ball Room. Every girl felt her loveliest in her gown and to her Prince Charming she was Miss Cinderella. With this event and many others, memories were created to ' last a life time. One of the biggest school functions held annually. is the AY Carnival.

The year got off to a big start for the Bisonettes with the Charlie Tea, honoring applicants for membership. When the new members were chosen, there was a picnic for all members to get acquainted. Later there was an induction ceremony to impress the new members with the importance and honor of being a member of the Girls ' Booster Club. The GBC ' s contributed to love by sponsoring a marriage booth at the AY Carnival. This was complete with rings, certificates, and a kiss.
