jbedicatioa In an age when fear chills the hearts of men, when clouds of uncertainty darken the paths of nations, when distrust breeds enemies on ev- ery side, when science bares secrets potential- ly destructive of the human race, we, the young- er generation - the boys and girls seated before the teacher's desk in every classroom - turn with hopeful hearts to the future. We hold the conviction that out of fear will come courage, out of darkness will come light, out of distrust will come faith, out of the scientific laborator- ies will come material benefits never before enjoyed by mankind.
