Mr. T. C. Roberson, Superintendent of Buncombe County Schools. ADMINISTRA TION Mr.T. C. Roberson and his assistant, Mr. R. A. Tomberlin head the county school system by supervising and coordinating the activities of the schools. Our Owen school committee, composed of local citizens, assists Mr. Martin in the selection of teachers and school decisions. The Principals of the Swannanoa Valley school system work together to provide the area students with excellent educational opportunities.
