V ♦ You will never forget Owen High School. Many years from now, you will recall the happi¬ ness and hearbreak of your high school years. The 1965 BLACK SWAN-brings the year before you. The spotlight features the clubs, courts and classes. But in the background you will find yourself, your classmates, and your teachers. Look closely at this, for in it you may find what highlighted your senior year or what made your freshman year un¬ forgettable: Standing in a crowded assembly . . . cheering your teams to victory . . . participating in club activities . . . dancing at class parties . . . anticipating the Senior Prom. This is your Owen High. 1965 BLA CK SWAN Emily Crain, Janice Wheelon—Editors Wanda Burch , Jim Frazier—Business Managers Mrs. Mary Leinster, Mrs. Josephine McCoy—Sponsors Hr Annual Publication of Charles D.
