Personal character is also taken into consideration. The dependability of the bus drivers aids the school in functioning properly. These boys deserve the appreciation of and recognition by the entire student body. 11 12 13 M Casit 15 ©ebication The BLACK SWAN of 1962-63 is gratefully dedicated to our principal, Fred H. Martin, a man who has labored unceasingly for the scholastic growth of Owen High School. In four years, through his intelligence and firmness of purpose, he has made our school outstanding scholastically, athletically, and idealistically. His dedication to Owen High School and his personal interest in his students is attested by his willingness to exert all his efforts in the aid of a student. His sense of humor and dynamic personality have endeared him to all. We, the Senior Class, will always admire and remember Fred H.
