-V ., ..,,,. p ,yn Memoriam Byard O. Iams With deep sorrow we record the sudden death of Byard O. Iams on Wednesday evening, Decem- ber 18, 1957 of coronary attack. Mr. Iams was a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College where he received both his bachelor and master degrees. He began his teaching career in Gillespie, Pennsylvania in 1922. Mr. Iams came to Charleroi High School in 1929. He taught biology and later chemistry. This year would have been his 29th year at our school. In that time Mr. Iams made a host of friends among the faculty and students. Our school has benefited immensely from his teachingg we shall miss him greatly. Yet, we know that his work will continue. For he planted the seed in the young minds of his many students and they will spread his work. To his wife and children we extend our heartfelt and sincere sympathy. ,A Nine - 5 .4 awp- +.t. fs,-Q:-0- - ' 1 , g at ,Mp - ,Lx . . -0' f
