Directed People I nvol ved In our busy schedule of nursing we find time to be people, too. We bike ride, play tennis, display our green thumbs, belong to families and are individ¬ uals. Our diverse activities are numbered by the dis¬ tinct personalities we are. Individuals we may be, but we have one common goal—nursing. Some feed an empty stomach, go to the park, get ready to go out, or just relax on the nearest chair. 5 7 9 r Believe it or not all of these people, whether they have green thumbs, talk for hours on the phone, build pyramids at the lakefront or wear masks on Halloween, care about people and will all someday be nurses. 13 11 If only there were simple steps and rules to follow to make sure we did everything we wanted to, nursing would be so much easier.
