Medical Nursing 171 is a basic nursing course given in the Junior year. Changes in the course this year in¬ cluded an orientation week and class all day every Tuesday. On other days of the week the students were in the clinical area for eight hour days. The content was not changed, but the method of presentation has been changed. TOP: As in all fields of nursing, reassurance and support are essential in Medicine. Here two students reassure and care for this patient ' s needs.
